Hello, busy bees! Here I am, finally starting my own food blog. After years of just being a silent reader and follower of many passionate food bloggers out there, I’m embarking on this new journey as I share my own creations, ideas and recipes, and a little about my life too, in my own little space on the internet. I’m excited, nervous and happy to start. 🙂
It all began with a simple Apple Pie Recipe. My friends and relatives just couldn’t stop raving about it. The aroma of baked apples filled the house as I pulled the pie out of the oven. My loved ones gathered around the kitchen as I sliced into the warm pie, serving each of them a generous slice. But, as they took their first bites, their eyes lit up with delight and they couldn’t stop raving about how delicious it was.
They asked for the recipe, but it wasn’t until my daughter piped up and said, “Mom, why don’t you start a food blog?” that I began to consider it seriously. It was at that moment that I realized how much I loved sharing my passion for food with others. My friends and family encouraged me to start a food blog so that I could share my recipes and cooking tips with more people who either wanted to start cooking and baking, or just needed to prepare something delicious for the loves of their lives. I want to share with everyone my favorite recipes, stories about my family’s culinary traditions, and even experimenting with new flavors and cuisines.
As a busy working mom, I was hesitant to take on yet another project, but my daughter’s encouragement was all it took to get me started. I started with that beloved apple cream pie recipe and began to experiment with other dishes in my limited free time. I soon realized that I absolutely loved the creative process of cooking and the joy it brought to those around me.
Through my blog, I hope to inspire others like you to get creative in the kitchen, try new things, and most importantly, make memories with their loved ones over a delicious meal. And who knows, maybe one of my recipes will become a family favorite in your household too!

This recipe should be easy to follow and only require a few simple ingredients. Firstly, my daughter helped me slice the apples while my husband mixed the ingredients for the filling, the sweet and warm aroma filled the kitchen. Then, we poured the mixture into the pie shell and baked it until it was golden brown and bubbly. My husband couldn’t wait to try the finished product.
Once the pie was out of the oven and had cooled, we couldn’t wait to try it. The first bite was pure heaven!! The sweetness of the apples was perfectly balanced by the creamy custard and buttery crust. Finally, we all agreed that this was one of the best apple pies we’ve ever tasted.
My daughter loved the Apple Cream Pie so much that she asked to have a slice for breakfast the next day! In other words, this recipe was a huge success, and it’s definitely going to be a staple in our family’s baking tradition. Apple Cream Pie is the perfect dessert. Give them a try, and let me know what you think in the comments below! Happy baking, busy bees.
