- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork or a potato masher until they’re smooth.
- Add the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil to the bowl with the mashed bananas.
- Mix all of the ingredients together until they’re well combined.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
- Bake the banana bread in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick or cake tester comes out clean when inserted into the center of the bread.
- Remove the banana bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice and serve the banana bread warm or at room temperature, and enjoy!
