Ingredients:
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups of milk
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- Fresh berries (for garnish)
Instructions:
- To create the crepes, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the batter is smooth. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour a small amount of batter into the center. Swirl it around to coat the pan evenly. Cook for about a minute on each side or until lightly golden. Stack the crepes on a plate as you go.
- Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. This will be the luscious filling between the crepe layers.
