As the pan heated up, I added the minced garlic and chopped green onions. Then, I added the cooked chicken, and it sizzled, letting us know something yummy was cooking. 🤩

Next, I threw in shredded cabbage and carrots. I drizzled in soy sauce for that extra delicious flavor. Plus, a little salt and pepper made sure everything tasted just right. 🧂

Next up, the egg roll wrappers were delicate and ready to go. Each one got a spoonful of our tasty mix. After sealing the corners, soon our table was covered in these neat little parcels. 🥄

We gave our egg rolls a light spray of cooking spray. That was the secret to getting them all golden and crispy. We carefully placed them in the fryer basket, knowing this was the exciting part.

The air fryer did its job like magic, turning our simple ingredients into crispy, yummy egg rolls. When we opened the basket, we saw them all golden and brown. 😍

These homemade Air Fried Egg Rolls had this amazing mix of flavors and textures. Every bite had that nice crunch, followed by a delicious combo of savory, a bit sweet, and super tasty filling. These rolls proved that homemade can totally beat restaurant egg rolls. I’d give this recipe a solid 5 out of 5 stars! Happy cooking and happy eating, busy bees! 🐝
