That’s when I reach for the remote, pause the show, and make my Kimchi Fried Rice Recipe! 🍚
I’m no Korean Chef with a wok, but this recipe is so easy, even a busy Mom like me can pull it off. Plus, bonus points for sneaking in some veggies for my family. 🤭

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice (leftover is perfect!)
1 cup kimchi, chopped (adjust for spice level)
2 tablespoons gochujang (optional for extra kick)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg, scrambled (optional)
Green onions, chopped, for garnish
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instruction:
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Add kimchi and gochujang (if using) and cook for a few minutes, letting the flavors meld.
- Stir in rice and soy sauce, mixing well. Break up any clumps of rice with your spatula.
- Push rice to one side of the pan and scramble your egg (if using). Fold it back into the rice.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and bask in the glow of successful dinner magic.
