Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Salsa, for topping
- 8-10 soft taco shells
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until it’s browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
